Dear Sir/Madam: I am an oil jobber in Northwest Georgia, Dalton, and our unemployment rate is 13%. The people here cannot afford to pay $4.00 a gallon for gasoline as they had to before when Wall Street and ICE in Atlanta were speculating on oil futures and manipulating prices. Hopefully we have learned a valuable lesson and you’ll correct it so it doesn’t happen again.
