Hi Mr secretary.
Just a quick note to inform you that if you are going forward with your proposed leverage
amendment from 100:1 to 10:1, regret I will move all my funds to a UK broker as it will not be
worth my while trading at this leverage.
Think the choice of risk should be the individuals and not governing body.
