The speculation on oil has caused many of us to suffer terrible strains on our finances. Being retired and living on a fixed income the artificial increases to drive profits on oil has affected all goods and services. We are having to make choices on many items and doing without some entirely. If the cause of this were real it would be a shame, but as it is totally a manufactured dillema solely for profit it is a true catastrophe. Everything that our economy has done to recover from one of the worst times in history might be undone. I ask your help in setting controls to end this runaway speculation and artificial inflation of oil prices.
