My husband is on Social Security and I am 63 and still have to work even with my medical/health problems. It has come down to Medicine and and Medical Supplies for both me and my husband the price of gas is causing us budgeting problems. Our Medical supplies cost the both of us over $400 a month, then there is food, utilities, co-pays for doctors, rent, and now gas prices. We have nothing left for savings.
