Regulation of Retail Forex
RIN 3038-AC61
Hello,
My name is Grant and I have been trading Forex for a few years now. I am writing to express my
opinion about the new leverage regulations. I do not feel that they are fair to the Forex Trader.
Myself I do not have the capital to invest and make returns with a 10:1 leverage limit.
My trading style is based off the ability to leverage into positions. This allows me to open larger
windows for buy and sell areas. This whole process is based of Leverage. The current regulation
of 100:1 is more than enough leverage for any Trader.
Please I ask you do not change the regulations and limit our leverage to 10:1, This is only going to
drive business and Traders overseas. Also it a discipline to become a consistently profitable
trader. Not the Leverage that you use.
Thank you for your time and the chance to express my opinion.
Sincerely,
Grant Wasche
