It's time to repeal the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 ... it is causing extreme volitility and speculation in the markets today and the only ones that are benefiting are the banks and speculators. They are killing this economy and nobody is doing a damn thing about it. This was obviously one of the worst decisions that your commission has ever made and now is the time to remove it .. or make these thieves umm I mean traders take delivery of the product they are speculating .. umm I mean buying. The ONLY reason that gas and food prices are this high is due to this rule and the rampid speculation that is caused every day in these markets, and nothing is being done. Time to wake up and regulate these a-holes before the people of this country rebel. Just look at the Occupy Wall Street movement .. that's just a start but that should tell you something.
