Sir,
Please address the rules on oil speculation as directed thru the Dodd-Frank act, as soon as possible. We are painfully aware that speculators are controlling the price of oil and that is driving down to the cost of gas for our autos and the cost of heat for our homes.
Just increasing the margin requirements would be helpful. Speculators should not be controlling our ability to get to work or heat our homes in the USA.
