please follow thru or initate proper legislation to stop the speculation on oil futures.
this is causing heartache for millions of americans who have to drive to work or other things for their family.
this is a crime that big rich wall street people can control the cost of oil and gasoline at a fraction of what the contract is worth.
this is a disgrace and it is greed
