Mr. Gensler,
WHEN is your commission going to enact the margin requirement changes on oil futures directed by our President almost a year ago?
As i understand it, the President signed the bill in January of this year - now, almost 9 months later, nothing has been done.
I am a simple AMERICAN citizen AND tax payer - I want to know what your commission is doing and GOING to do, to comply with the law.
