To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing to express my concern about the manipulation of commodity prices. I would like some control re speculators and their interference with the price of food, energy and other commodities. Some position limits would be helpful. I would like to see people that are less well off not to have to pay more at the pump, for heating, and groceries because of greed.
