Dear sirs,
It has come to my attention that you allow commodities traders to trade with
out the regulation you are charged to up hold. As they do not add value to
the product nor perform any viable service in the trade other than buying
and selling, please start regulating them. Please keep in mind you work for
the American people, and protecting them is your sworn duty.
