To all officials of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission,

As a very concerned citizen of the United States of America and a taxpayer, I implore you to stop listening to the Wall Street speculators that continue to drive our economy into the abyss for no other reason than GREED. The idea that the Commision has neglected to regulate under law the uncontrolled and unrestrained speculation of commodities is not only short-sited but criminal against the taxpayers. The fact that these speculators can be allowed to whip up schemes to defraud the market and drive costs up for commodities and then exect the taxpayers to bail out these schemes should be criminal and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am personally asking my senators and congressional representatives to draw up regulations that will hold these speculators accountable as well as the Commissioners who are not looking out for the interests of the taxpayers. Let us not forget that Wall Street speculators represent corporation that are artificial persons created by our constitution and that the individual citizen is a real person and outnumber these corporations. This also does not give lobbyists that represent the speculator corporations the right to have unrestricted access because of the corporate money when they are raping the taxpayer with speculation of commodities that they themselves are not using nor are refining. It is unconscionable to think that the very agency created to protect the American people from ravenous, greedy dogs is acting as part of their pack and assisting them in their killing of the prey the citizens & taxpayers of our nation.

With the massive amounts of money that these speculators have stolen, we could literally have paid off the national debt, and have a surplus to enjoy and use for education, upkeep of our great national parks, replacing infrastructure which is crumbling under our feet, care of our veterans who have sacrificed so these speculators can exist, etc. So, I again implore you to do your due diligence and protect the American people and our wallets...we are having a hard time enough as it is with the economy!!!

If you have any further need of how I as a taxpayer feels, I would encourage you to contact me.

    Sincerely,

    Tharen Leesch
