Folks,
I believe it is your responsibility to protect the consumers. Part of that responsibility includes
preventing artificial price inflation created by speculation. Speculation distorts markets and
manipulates prices. It appears that this practice is not being well controlled. I would urge you
to impose position limits. If possible especially limit the positions taken by non end users of
each specific commodity. Speculation distorts markets and manipulates prices.
