    To whom it may concern:

On behalf of me, my brother, his daughter, my sister and her son, and my father and grandfather, I wish to inform you that the role or lack of, I should say, that the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission plays is hurting many of us. Like many Americans we are all doing our part, as honest hard-working Americans, to protect the future of America and yet there are many people who aren’t.

I do not understand why, the CFTC has not done more to do their part in protecting consumers from being gouged. Turn your television on MSNBC, Fox News, hell your local news. Americans are losing everything and going crazy because they can’t figure out at that moment what is more important. Buying groceries to feed the kids or letting them get new clothes - and for what? So that only a few compared to the many Americans who are out of work can get richer? Paying $3.58 a gallon (or whatever you let them decide what they are going to charge tomorrow) for gas is ridiculous.

Please do whatever is necessary to bring prices back down to a level we were all use to seeing about 7 years ago. My family and I would surely appreciate it.

    Sincerely,

    Matthew J. Buska
