Dear Secretary of Cftc,
I just read the new proposal to increase the margin with great disblief and disappointment. As a regular individual trader with
fxcm for the last few years, the lower margins benefited a agreat deal. I am quite sure there other millions of small traders
like myself who will be forced out trading currencies with fxcm in USA. I would like to ~know who would be reaping the
benefits of raising the margin level? Defenetly not the individaul small trader who has a dream of making it in the market
place. Please reconsider you proposal.
