Dear Folks,
As you are well aware, commodity prices have been very volatile and you have the power to change that by taking actions that will minimize the effects of the speculators. By lowering position limits and enforcing those changes, you will be making life better for most of the citizens of the US of A. Now is the time for you to take some action before legislative action trumps your power and you end up following the Congress's bidding. End this harmful speculation.
