Dear Commissioners:
Please help stop the manipulation of commodities prices by stopping speculators from interfering with the price of food and energy. Also, stop listening to Wall Street lobbyists. Tell them to impose meaningful position limits.
I can't believe you will let Barney Frank be in charge of anything. Where is your common sense . He is at fault for the Fannie Mae disaster . He told the Bush adm that Fannie Mae was fine and did not need regulations.
