    Ladies/Gentlemen:

I am writing to you as a concerned citizen who is tired of watching the price of our every day needs increasing at an alarming and what seems to be a daily rate.

I would ask that you, as the members of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission , stop speculators from interfering with the price of food and energy, stop listening to Wall Street lobbyists and that you impose meaningful position limits by speculators. While these trades may benefit speculators, they do NOT reflect the needs of our citizens and are making tough economic times even tougher!!

Our Country is in dire straits and we need real reform and strengthening of our commodity pricing controls so that we, as citizens, can afford to buy the products that we need to live on at reasonable prices. The unlimited reign and profit making of commodity speculators need to be stopped.

    Sincerely,

    Mr. Kevin Silvey
