Comment for Proposed Rule 76 FR 4752

  • From: James Hankins
    Organization(s):

    Comment No: 49423
    Date: 9/27/2011

    Comment Text:

    It makes no sense that the U.S. consumer is subjected to speculation in pricing the basic necessities of life. There is no constitutional right to speculate in the sale of food, gas and oil. Allowing this speculation increases the cost to the U. S. consumer and only benefits speculators and investors. If basic commodities could only be purchased for delivery and receipt, then the speculation would end.
