Dear Chairman Gensler, Commissioner Dunn, Commissioner Sommers, Commissioner Chilton, Commissioner O’Malia,
I’m writing as a concerned citizen who is concerned and outraged over the price of food and energy being controlled by speculators. The wild price fluctuations caused by this speculation is destroying our country and making it VERY difficult for us Americans to get this country back on its feet. Please stop speculators from interfering with the price of food and energy by severely restricting the manipulation of commodities prices and imposing meaningful position limits.
You, as commissioners, have to stop listening to Wall Street lobbyists and start listening to the American people. During your vote next month, please adopt stronger rules; please do what’s right for America.
