Traders who speculate in food and energy are merchants of misery. They have no interest in these commodities, except to drive the prices higher. Only corporations or their agents should be allowed to trade in commodities which they use in the course of their businesses. We need stronger rules against commodities speculation. Congressional intent was to limit speculation in commodities. It is up to your department to enforce this intent.
