Dear Sir or Madam:
I understand that the CFTC is not regulating the activity of speculators trading oil contracts with the result that the price of oil is being manipulated and bid up contrary to the best interest of the broader market. My question for you is, how are you protecting the public's interest in this situation and what more can you do to minimize the degree to which the public is being "soaked" by unfair devices used in the trading of oil contracts?
