    Comment Text:

    Dear Commissioners,

Please stop speculators from interfering with the price of food and energy, and stop listening to Wall Street lobbyists. Please remember that your duty should be to represent the people of the United States of America, and not the prosperous and generous bankers and large corporations who can offer you gifts and wealth to do favors for them. Please impose meaningful position limits on the products that the American public has to have continually in our everyday lives. It appears that speculators are playing games in the marketplace as they bid up the price for everyday items that we need, like wheat, gasoline and heating oil, to make easy money to satisfy their greed. Please do your duty to the American public; the children and parents, the students and military, the workers and unemployed, the aged and ill citizens, who cannot afford to hire lobbyists to state their case. Please help the people that you are supposed to represent.

    Thank you, sincerely,

    Elbert Friend
