Dear Sirs; I am writing in response to Bill Nelson's newsletter pointing out the problems associated with unscrupulous speculators. This problem has been very plain for a long time. The price of oil has not moved according to supply and demand for several years. It is time to restore an honest, level playing field to our financial systems. Please do the right thing in your area.
