To whom it may actually concern,

We seem to have a problem with someone in your department not doing their job. Please understand that concerned citizens like myself are aware of the issue at hand and expect something to be done about it. Now, that something can either you doing your job, or finding another.

You may be interested to know that individuals like myself are being encouraged to contact you. Now, please understand that this is just a simple letter. Click delete and it's gone, just like the old days, except this letter will not even fill your waist paper basket. Cool huh?Don't breath easy just yet. There is more to be aware of. Unlike this letter, a simple comment, let's say at any online news source discussing this issue, is not quite as easy to discard and ignore. Welcome to a new era.

Well I'm off to read the news now, make a few comments, and see if we can get this issue a little attention.

Before I go, let me share a little insight with you.

You see, the way I see it, the difference between chicken little and the financial news is, when the financial news says that the markets are falling, the stampede of investors running for cover actually causes the markets to fall.

Now, when investors move around the market like a herd of sheep, you have to ask yourself the obvious question. Who's their shepherd?

Once you've pinned that down, the only question left is: What are we going to do about it?
