Please stop listening to lobbyists and put reasonable position limits, and better yet, margin requirements should be raised. I am a retired professional and make money now as a retail equities investor, most traders who I speak to are looking for these requirements. While your at it, maybe you can put some significant restrictions on electronic trading.
Please do something to help the little guy in this country!!!!
