To Whom it may concern,
As we continue to try to rebound from the economic recession, many consumers are faced with many challenging decisions when it comes to family budgets. Every dollar is important and every choice on how to spend it is difficult. I urge you to help make every dollar count by doing more to stop speculative trading on commodity items. Items such as grain, animals, and oil ought to be controlled strictly by the ebb and flow of supply and demand and not by how much a hedge fund manager on Wall Street would like to profit from them. Please do more to stop this practice.
