    Comment Text:

Hello, Speculators are interfering with the price of food and energy to the detriment of the economy and citizens of the United States. These unlimited speculative positions have to stop. Strict limits on speculative trading must be enforced to protect the economy and citizens of America. The influence Wall Street Lobbyists have on the Commodity Futures Trade Commission can no longer be tolerated with its devastating consequences for the average consumer. I am urging my Congressman and Senator to pass stricter regulations against speculative trading and encouraging them to pursue any and all actions, including prosecution, required to enforce all speculative regulations that currently exist. I strongly recommend that you place strict limits on speculative trading to limit its effect on United States Consumers’. Sincerely, Joseph Valenson
