In response to leverage change
To who this may concern;
In Regards to your proposed leverage change;;
This change would be very devastating to the average investor.It would eliminate this class of
investor,which would be the entire Middle Class! If this change must be done, please restrict our large
financial institutions in order to secure our deposits,but don't punish the average investor.Thank You for
