To whom it may concern:
When I recently heard an oil company official testify before a Congressional Committee and expound upon how much oil speculation is impacting gasoline costs (82 cents per gallon), I was appalled to learn that Dodd-Frank had not been implemented. Why wait? What's the gain except the favor of the oil companies toward Republicans?
Now is the time to impose and enforce the Wall Street Reform Act and the Dodd-Frank Rules. To do so will reduce the cost of gasoline and energy for average American consumers like me.
