To whom it may concern:
The market system is broken and needs radical change. Now the system seems to serve only the banks and the super rich and does not, as the myth of the market imagines, create jobs and well-being for all of the people. For starters I urge you to ue your powers to impose and enforce the Wall Street Reform Act and the Dodd-Frank Rules--which should have the effect of significantly reducing the cost of energy and gas for the consuming public. Please regulate the speculation of oil futures so they help the economy and not the speculators and super-rich.
