Regulation of Retail Forex
I have read the new proposed CFTC Regulations which are significant concerning foreign currency
transaction.
One of the proposed changes would radically lower FOREX leverage thereby increasing margin
requirements.
Athough I recognize the importance of regulations that strengthen the industry oversight, 1 do not agree
with policies that will clearly disadvantage the results of the retail trader.
