To whom it may concern:
I believe that oil speculation is so rampant that it needs to be regulated. I understand the free enterprise system and i believe there can be a place for oil speculation. However it should not be allowed to impact the price of oil to such a degree that people are harmed by the inflated prices. We understand how this kind of speculation and non-regualtion impacted the housing market. It is time to find a balance that considers both speculators and average citizens.
