    To whom it may concern:

I am writing you to demand that you impose and enforce the Wall Street Reform Act and the Dodd-Frank Rules in order to reduce the cost of gasoline and energy for average American consumers like me. I am calling on you to regulate the speculation of oil futures and to in doing so reduce the price of energy for the American people. Also, on another note, will someone please regulate the insurance industry as well. If they didn't use our premiums to send offshore to place their risky bets then maybe they would have some reserves to pay claims. I know we already have insurance regulations but they are not enforced and more often then not, our legislatures are towing their lines. We, the people, can no longer afford to support this habit and are becoming aware of these immoral behaviors. Why do our insurance agents also sell securities? Insurance companies are only the middle men. Cut them out! If not, I fear we will never recover from this spiraling economic downturn caused by these greedy practices.

    Sincerely,

Your Constituent and no longer passive voter.
