Dear CFTC Folks,
I understand the need for carefully thought out rules and the need for public comment but it's coming up on a year now that the law has been in place.
I am concerned with oil and gas speculation but reducing the big fund speculation driven volatility in the grain markets would be good too.
Can you pick up the pace?
Having a law without rules and enforcement is just pointless.
