I'm a small investor in currency market. The proposed changes would make it imposable for a
small investor to participate. For me this is the American dream having the opportunity to become more
than I dream of it may not be like winning the lottery but more satisfying. The proposed leverage
changes to would mean it would take longer to reach my goal. I would like to say don't change the
current leverage keep hope alive for the small guy's and gal's that want to have a better life.
