To whom it may concern:
Please implement and enforce the Wall Street Reform Act and the Dodd-Frank Rules in order to reel in the dangerous and costly effects of speculation. I am appalled that this has not been done already. I am begging you to regulate the speculation of oil futures thereby bringing some sense of stability to this market. I believe this will greatly help our economy giving businesses and individuals a better chance of budgeting properly. It's not the high prices that are my main concern although they clearly put additional hardships on average Americans trying to get to and from work or deliver goods, etc. It is the wild fluctuations and the lack of confidence they instill that I find the most damaging.
