To The Commodities Futures Trading Commission:
I am writing you to demand that you impose and enforce the Wall Street Reform Act and the Dodd-Frank Rules. You must end the reckless speculation of oil futures for no better reason than individual/small group accumulation of wealth and in doing so reduce the price of energy/gas for American consumers like me. In such difficult economic times, raising the American public's gas prices on artificial presuppositions is preposterous! Has Enron taught us nothing! Please do your job to enforce the Wall Street Reform Act by immediately implementing the Dodd-Frank Rules!
