To whom it may concern:
Why aren't the limits on speculation being enforced as it regards the Wall Street Reform Act? When I first started driving just over a decade ago, the cost for gasoline was just under a third what it is now. Speculation on oil has driven up the prices artificially, which is great for traders and oil companies but detrimental to the common man who works and lives on a limited budget --a budget that is seeing a larger and larger portion of expenses go towards transportation. This is a step that we need as a people to get back on our feet. Please help us and please enforce the limits on oil speculation.
Sincerely,
Christopher Nagy
