Regulation of Retail Forex
RIN 3038-AC61 This is a vehement request to NOT regulate the leverage requirements for retail
forex trading. I am not quite sure what issues our government has with the existing conditions. The
retail forex industry has done an excellent job of informing its current and potential customers of the
risks involved with forex trading. If there is a legitimate reason for this proposition I would certainly
like to hear it. Please respond with anything logical or stay out of the way. I would appreciate a
response or the courtesy to direct me to someone I could get a response from on these issues.
