To the Secretary of the CFTC:
Recently the leverage allowed on FOREX in the US was reduced to 100:1. The
present proposal of a reduction to 10l is outlandish. Each person should be allowed to
determine his or her own risk. Successful traders will be penalized due to the protection
of poor traders. This intrusion should not be allowed. Let people decide their limits.
