Change to forex
I am a Forex Trader and STRONGLY oppose this new regulation. It will put much more capital at risk and disallow lots of people to do FOREX
investment because of high margin requirement.
Basically, if this regulation will be adopted

most of the FOREX traders will go outside of the USA dealers who do NOT have those restrictions and I
will be one of them.
