RIN 3038-AC61 The proposed regulation to increase the margin requirements to the retail investor would eliminate most small investors
from the market and accomplish what?? Why are you not looking for ways to increase participation in this market at the retail level? The
danger to international currencies seems to lie in the trading strategies of Hedge Funds, i.e., George Soros. And please.., don't tell me
you want to protect me from myself!! I've had enough of "Nanny Stateism"
