How is a private citizen comment distinguished from those who run corporations, lobbyist, special interests etc... The special interests, corporations are also run by people. How does the government know which hat the person is wearing. the system needs transparency. Is the CFTC getting help with how to regulate from the same people in industries it is trying to regulate? Sounds like conflict of interest. Would love to get an answer or response. I am only a concerned citizen of the United States of America.
