Regulation of Retail Forex
I am
fully against
your proposal to place 10:1 leverage restrictions on the retail forex investor. It goes
against the free capitalist market that has helped make this nation great. How can you even be
considering coming in between an investor and his dealer and forcing the investor to invest in the
manner that you see fit. It has a strange likeness to that of a communist country. It is not the right of the
government to take away the freedoms of the American people through regulations. Your regulations
should protect our freedoms. How it was explained to me from my dealler is that the purpose of your
new regulations or to protect consumers. Then
we need protection from you the CFTC who is
stealing our rights and way of making a honest living.
