Restrictions on Leverage
The Cftc and the Nfa should spend more time on regulation of industry participants, I am sure there are many
more bernie madoff's out there rather then regulating the investment vehicles. Whats next the Cftc is going to
regulate casino game odds???
The vehicles are not the problem those individuals abusing the trust of investors is the number one problem..
