DO NOT CHANGE THE LEVERAGE REQUIREMENTS...I am just a small trader, but your new
regulations are going to hurt me not protect me! Your desired resluts will not be achieved. It will have
the opposite affect. It will hurt me. I do not want my government hurting me.
