Regulation Of Retail Forex
Hello Sir/Ma,
This email concerns the proposed regulation of retail forex accounts ( RIN 3038-AC61).
I am a retail trader from Nigeria, and have been learning to trade for 3 yrs now, i think that the proposed
regulation would severely limit the number of traders like me who have taken the pains to learn how to
trade prudently by minimizing risk. The responsibility i think lies with the investor/trader to learn to
minimize the risk associated with trading. Any attempt by the CFTC, to limit the amount of leverage the
individual trader takes in my opinion amounts to over regulation.
