I am writing about your proposal in RIN 3038-AC61 to change/reduce leverage for retail forex traders. I
OPPOSE any such measure. It is my very strong opinion that any change in leverage will only damage the
markets and the consumer. Please do NOT make changes whatsoever to the leverage issues. Thank you. Barry
