Regulation of Retail Forex
To Whom it May Concern:
Relative to RIN 3038-AC61, which I understand would subject leverage in retail forex customer accounts to a 10-
to-1 limitation, I would appreciate it if this were not done.
I believe that traders should have the right to choose the amount of leverage that is appropriate to their risk
appetites, and that this basic principle of 'choice' is being threatened by the proposed CFTC regulations.
